Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. invites applications for a part-time Guest Services Associate at the Smokies location. You will warmly welcome guests, assist during registration and checkout, and provide information about the resort and nearby attractions.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, issuing keys, and confirming reservations. You will balance cash, handle inquiries promptly, and maintain accuracy in folios while delivering exceptional guest experiences with a friendly, professional

Qualifications

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide warm welcomes from registration to checkout.
Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
Provide information about the resort and local attractions, and respond to inquiries.
Process cash/credit card transactions following procedures and balance cash receipts.
