Responsibilities

• Set and reset tables according to restaurant and resort standards.
• Clear and clean tables promptly between guest seatings.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them to the dish area.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread/butter, and supporting guest needs.
• Stock service stations with linens, silverware, china, glassware, and condiments.
• Polish and roll silverware as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas.
• Perform side work duties as assigned by servers, supervisors, or managers.
• Arrange tables and chairs to meet operational needs and seating plans.
• Monitor floors and guest areas, cleaning spills and debris promptly.
• Support overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
