Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Experience with POS systems (restaurant/bar).
• Valid Bartender License (City of Delavan or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service to guests and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service per laws and resort policies.
• Operate POS system to open/close tabs, process payments, and manage transactions accurately.
• Set up bar area with supplies and inventory prior to service.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies during shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas and equipment.
• Assist with event/bar setups based on orders and contracts.
• Conduct inventory counts and complete required reporting.
