Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Prior bussing or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist servers with guest needs, including filling waters and delivering food.
• Polish silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards.
• Refill ice bins and maintain stock for service.
• Keep the restaurant clean, including taking out garbage and linens, cleaning spills, and sweeping floors.
• Support setup and breakdown, including moving tables and performing opening/closing duties.
• Assist with outdoor tasks such as raking or shoveling as directed.
• Work as part of the team to maintain smooth and efficient dining operations.
