Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests at banquets, weddings, and group events.
• Set up and reset tables according to event standards.
• Prepare and maintain buffet stations.
• Deliver meals to assigned tables and ensure accurate service.
• Clear dishes between courses and maintain a clean dining area.
• Perform side work including folding napkins, stocking utensils, and refilling condiments.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of function rooms and service areas.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with banquet leadership.
• Support kitchen and event teams with loading/unloading equipment when needed.
