Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Pediatric and/or psychiatric nursing experience.
• Experience with assessment of youth during physical restraints preferred.
• Ability to assess and monitor children for illness and injury.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office and use of an Electronic Health Record system with the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight for medication management and nursing care.
• Supervise Registered Nurses, Health Service Coordinators, Wellness Coordinators and staff.
• Develop individualized health services plans and monitor implementation.
• Coordinate health education for youth and families, and train staff in MAP, CPR, Narcan, EpiPen, First Aid.
• Oversee medication administration and related processes, including training and supervision of staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with stakeholders across agencies.
