Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers Unity House in Keene, NH seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead direct care staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure youth safety. You will model trauma-informed care and supervise counselors while maintaining compliance with program policies.

You'll plan activities, manage paperwork, and respond to medical or behavioral crises, with CORI checks, a valid ID, and MAP certification preferred. The role is full-time, on-site, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in human services/mental health/youth development field with supervisory experience required
• HS diploma or equivalency
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Counselors and coordinate staffing coverage.
• Plan and schedule therapeutic groups and social activities.
• Coordinate daily shift activities including medical appointments and transportation.
• Provide behavior support and interventions in line with program principles.
• Ensure completion of shift paperwork and incident reporting.
• Respond to medical emergencies and crisis situations when needed.
• Oversee documentation and mentor sheets and ensure timely record submission.
