Job summary

JES Holdings’ Fairway Management division is seeking a Maintenance Tech I at Walnut Park Manor in Sapulpa, OK. You will assist with basic residential maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal to keep residents satisfied and properties well maintained.

We value punctual, eager-to-learn professionals who communicate well and provide enthusiastic service. You must have applicable maintenance tools, be willing to travel for trainings, and be on-call after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level maintenance experience (0–2 years) in residential, multifamily, or related fields.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools and be able to lift 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Travel to and participate in regional and corporate training as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a registered vehicle.
