Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to perform on-site inspections across residential properties in the Georgia area. Work is flexible and project-based, with payments per inspection and direct deposit or check after photos are processed.

You will visit sites, capture photos of progress, and submit them for reporting. No report writing required; prefer individuals who can work independently and meet tight 24–48 hour turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with project-based hours and variable workloads.
• Must have reliable transportation for site visits.
• Familiarity with common mobile apps used for field reporting (Pruvan or similar).

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, apartments).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties for progress documentation.
• Submit photos to the report-writing team via mobile app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
