Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a part-time Resident Services Coordinator for Floral Gardens, a 56-unit affordable family housing community in Selma, CA. The role supports residents by linking them with on-site and community services, conducts needs assessments, and helps foster trauma-informed care and resident engagement.

Qualified candidates typically have 1-2 years of social work experience and/or activities coordination for seniors or families, with a salary range noted and DOE considerations.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Social Services, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly, families

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees the delivery of services and program activities to residents both on and off-site; provides information, assistance, and referrals.
• Develops and maintains relationships with service providers; conducts outreach and follows up with residents.
• Prepares monthly budgets, program files, and documents; ensures regulatory compliance and record-keeping.
• Creates monthly newsletters and calendar of events to engage residents.
• Facilitates resident participation in programs and events; supports volunteer and vendor coordination.
