Envolve Community Management in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support residents, work with the Community Manager, and help connect residents to social services.

You will coordinate resources, assist with employment opportunities, education, wellness events, and retention programs while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach. This is an on-site role requiring a driver’s license and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations.
• Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides general service management including intake and referral of residents to social services and community providers.
• Assists residents with employment opportunities, job training, and resume development.
• Coordinates educational opportunities on health care, life skills, and safety for residents.
• Develops and maintains a Resource Directory of local service providers.
• Acts as liaison to community agencies and informs residents about available services and benefits.
• Supports resident renewal and retention programs and assists with special projects.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and assist office staff with administrative duties.
