Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a staff member to support residents by providing intake, education on services and applications, and referrals to community providers. You will work with project-based residents to identify employment, training and economic opportunities, while coordinating educational activities and maintaining a resource directory.

The role requires experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with intake, education (services and applications) and referrals to service providers.
• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Assist Manager in renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Develop and maintain a Resource Directory of local service providers.
• Coordinate with community agencies to sponsor wellness and educational events for residents.
• Handle administrative duties including filing, phones and data entry.
