Envolve Community Management is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator for Carriage House Apartments in Petersburg, VA. The role works with the Community Manager to resolve resident issues, coordinate services, and advocate on behalf of residents.

The position focuses on intake, referrals to social services, and coordinating with local agencies to support residents' well-being and economic development. A Driver's License is required, with 2–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Resource Directory of service providers and provide information on available services.
