The position is afternoons/evenings/weekends, with a focus on wellness, enrichment, and stability. Responsibilities include developing relevant programs, coordinating vendors, and reporting monthly activity impact to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, human services, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and English writing skills.
• Availability for evening/weekend activities.
• Current driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to carry up to 25 pounds and perform required physical activities.
• Ability to commit to the required weekly hours and service term.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs based on community needs.
• Organize workshops and resident activities.
• Support residents and connect them with resources.
• Coordinate vendors and partners and ensure activities run smoothly.
• Meet weekly with the supervisor to review goals and programs.
