Apartment Life is seeking an Events and Ministry Coordinator (Coordinator of Resident Services) for a part-time role in Dallas, Texas, Oak Cliff. You will craft monthly schedules, plan resident events, and collaborate with partners to provide wellness and enrichment activities for residents.

The position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend availability, with frequent community outreach and reporting on impact. Prior planning experience and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
• Excellent listening/communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to provide after-hours or weekend activities as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports.
• Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance, and access to reliable transportation to complete duties.

Responsibilities

• Work with corporate, government, and nonprofit partners to create programs that fit each community's needs.
• Organize and host educational workshops for adults and youth.
• Meet with residents to provide support and connect them with resources.
• Share information about rental, food, and other assistance programs.
• Oversee all activities to ensure they run smoothly.
• Communicate regularly with onsite staff.
• Meet weekly with supervisor to review program and goals.
• Submit monthly reports on activities and impact.
