Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to provide high-quality dining service, ensuring a positive resident experience. You will deliver meals, support dietary needs, and maintain a clean dining environment in a welcoming, hospitable setting.

Schedule asks for Saturdays through Wednesdays, 3pm–7pm, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour. MBK values teamwork, growth, and exceptional service in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test results within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Basic counting skills (tracking meals/residents).
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Able to operate standard serving equipment (salad bar, heating cart, trays).
• All staff to comply with state licensing and safety regulations including Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals to residents, families, and guests with professionalism.
• Maintain table etiquette (serve from the left, clear between courses, reset tables).
• Engage with residents and assist with meal selections and dining needs.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and care plans as outlined by supervision.
• Assist with room service delivery and tray pickup as needed.
• Ensure a clean, sanitary dining area and proper storage of supplies.
