Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Server for Friday to Tuesday shifts with variable hours. The role focuses on delivering high-quality dining service, respecting dietary needs, and maintaining sanitary dining areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (preferred).
• Exposure to restaurant operations or ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for subsequent service.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal selections, and attend to dining needs as requested.
• Review residents' dietary needs and preferences according to the care plan.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and adhere to food safety protocols.
