Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, respond to feedback thoughtfully, and contribute to a warm, caring community environment.

In casual and fine dining, you’ll greet tables, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses from beverages to desserts. You’ll also clear and reset tables, assist in room service, and help keep the dining area tidy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require work permit before employment; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining and serving beverages.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables and guiding menu selections.
• Take orders accurately and serve a full range of courses from beverages to desserts.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables and washing or handling dishes.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and relay feedback to management.
• Help with additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
