Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server in Las Vegas to create meaningful dining experiences for seniors. You will join a collaborative team, respond to feedback thoughtfully, and contribute to a caring community environment.

The role supports casual and fine dining services, emphasizes friendly interactions with residents, guests, and staff, and offers meaningful, real-world experience in a resort-style setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable dining moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses from beverages to desserts.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water, and setting tables before meals.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Complete support work and other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
