Job summary

The Phoenix @ Union Hill in Canton, GA seeks a part-time Cook to join their Food and Beverage team. You will prepare meals, follow Phoenix standardized recipes, and ensure service schedule and hospitality standards are met.

You will manage food production in absence of Lead Cook or Food and Beverage Director, maintain sanitation, monitor temperatures, and complete regulatory record keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
• Must maintain SERV Safe certificate or be willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals following approved recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in all food service areas.
• Record temperatures for equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and food items.
• Follow all local, state and federal food handling policies.
• Organize work to meet production and service requirements.
• Monitor food quality, taste and temperature to ensure standards are met.
