Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of job-related experience in food preparation.
• Current SERV Safe certificate or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and recipes.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and ensure food safety compliance.
• Operate dish machines and clean work areas.
• Record equipment and food temperatures as required.
• Follow all policies for dietary needs and special diets.
