Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a part-time Concierge in Denver to greet guests and residents, coordinate deliveries, and provide door and ground security. You will be a friendly information source for residents regarding local resources and services.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of customer service experience, can work well with others, and can use grounds keeping tools. The role requires independent judgment and calm, cheerful problem-solving on site.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• A positive attitude and ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and residents.
• Provide door security and ground security.
• Hold doors for those entering the building.
• Receive incoming deliveries and notify residents when packages are ready for pick up.
• Deliver notices and resident communications door to door.
• Interact effectively with a diverse group of people, stay calm under pressure, and provide cheerful assistance to others.
