Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet residents, manage entry and security, and coordinate deliveries in a building setting. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, a friendly demeanor, and reliable communication with residents and guests.

You will assist residents, handle door security, and support a positive living environment while representing AMC’s values and standards. This position is part-time and on-site at a Denver area location.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

The Concierge organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source to residents regarding local market resources.

Responsibilities Include

• Greet all guests and residents
• Provide door security and ground security
• Hold doors for those entering the building
• Receive incoming deliveries and notify residents when packages are ready for pick up
• Deliver notices and resident communications door to door
• Interact effectively with a diverse group of people, stay calm under pressure, and provide cheerful assistance to others

Requirements

Compensation

Part-Time Temporary $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
