OmniTRAX, Inc. is seeking a part-time Concierge in Denver to deliver exceptional resident and guest services within Country Club Towers. You will greet visitors, manage reservations, assist with move-ins, and handle packages and inquiries with a professional, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of concierge/front desk or guest services experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
• Experience with property management software (BuildingLink or Yardi) preferred.
• Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments for customers and vendors.
• Assist with move-ins and provide information on local amenities.
• Answer calls and field inquiries from residents and vendors.
• Coordinate lobby activities and maintain lobby cleanliness.
• Manage packages, keys, and amenity/guest suite bookings.
• Provide directions and assist with travel arrangements.
• Support with basic business services like faxing and shipping.
• Assist with interpreters or translators when needed.
• Assist with tours and respond to general questions about policies.
• Handle occasional office duties and other tasks from management.
