Job summary

StoryPoint Shelby Township is hiring a Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and the public at 46471 Hayes Rd, Shelby Township, MI. The position is part-time with Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday shifts, and daily pay options are available.

Responsibilities include answering calls, checking in residents, greeting guests, and supporting leasing staff with inquiries. A high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or 1–3 years related experience/training.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Sort and deliver all mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency call system and emergency procedure (fire, medical, and police).
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
