Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and visitors at our Valparaiso location. This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 6pm, with daily pay options available and pay of $13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting residents, greeting guests, handling mail, and supporting the Leasing Team as needed. A high school diploma and 1–3 years related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Assist with basic accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
