Job summary

Great Lakes Management is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant in Plymouth, MN to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, dining room help, and participation in activities and outings as outlined in each resident's service agreement.

Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes to the case manager, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting residents to reach their highest level of independence.

Qualifications

• Maintains resident dignity and independence through daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as per service agreement
• Help residents achieve highest possible level of independence
• Provide physical and emotional support to residents
• Assist with treatments as delegated by RN
• Observe changes and report to case manager
• Engage residents to provide reassurance and activities and document daily progress
