Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and promoting activities based on residents' needs and interests.
• Encourage social interaction through group activities and events.
• Assist residents with participation in religious programs and leisure activities.
• Document resident attendance and participation levels as required.
• Transport residents to and from activity programs and meals as needed.
• Support staff engagement in wide facility activities and theme days.
