Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a part-time Research Project Coordinator to support the Schmitz Lab on the federally-funded RUCAS project. The role involves coordinating data collection with rural cancer survivors, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring all forms are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include data entry, EMR screening, and assisting with multiple studies as needed. Work is on-campus with a Part-Time schedule (18.75 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education/experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection procedures and contact participants to schedule and collect data per protocol.
• Ensure safety of research and participant information; comply with policies and SOPs.
• Perform data entry into databases and organize source documentation.
• Gather data for the Project Manager including scheduling, timelines, and formatting per sponsor specifications.
• Assist with policy/procedure improvements and other duties as assigned.
