Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Psychology/ Social Work or Human Services preferred.
• Fluent English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and educate using motivational interviewing to support tobacco cessation.
• Complete intake questionnaires and verify eligibility per HIPAA and program guidelines.
• Document participant data and maintain compliance with standards.
• Engage participants to assess readiness to change and support ongoing behavior change.
• Maintain call center metrics and participate in ongoing training.
