Job summary

Clozd is seeking a RevOps Contractor to own Salesforce administration for our GTM teams. The role is part-time (20 hours/week), remote within the United States, with Mountain time overlap preferred.

You will maintain data integrity, audit integrations with Gong and BigQuery, and implement scalable, well-documented processes to support renewal tracking and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with GTM Strategy, Ops, and Data & AI teams while delivering high-value, indented system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration, multiple-company experience preferred
• Experience with data hygiene, reporting structures, and CRM governance
• Hands-on with Gong and at least one sales engagement tool (Outreach/HubSpot) and their Salesforce sync
• Some scripting or automation experience (Python, Zapier, n8n) and comfort beyond point-and-click
• Familiarity with BigQuery or a data warehouse fed by Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration for 50+ users across sales, CS, and marketing
• Lead Salesforce hygiene audits and cleanup (duplicate rules, validation rules, field rationalization)
• Execute territory/book reassignments and support reporting
• Build Salesforce objects, fields, and dashboards for renewal ownership and retention
• Audit and tune Gong, Salesforce, and BigQuery integrations and fix issues within one business day
• Create a data dictionary for Salesforce fields/objects used by BigQuery reporting
• Develop declarative flows and light scripting to remove manual work
• Document systems with a handoff and map of integrations and data issues
