Job summary

Clozd is seeking a part-time Salesforce Administrator to support a 50+ person revenue team. You will manage permissions, layouts, and flows in Salesforce and drive data hygiene for renewals.

Lead hygiene audits, reassign territories, and build dashboards to track renewals. Audit integrations with Gong and BigQuery and maintain a data dictionary. This is a remote, US-based role with MT overlap; ~20 hours per week on an hourly cap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, across multiple companies.
• Deep comfort with data hygiene, CRM governance, and reporting structure.
• Hands-on experience with Gong and sales engagement tools, plus scripting or automation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally across multiple companies.
• Deep comfort with data hygiene, CRM governance, and reporting structure.
• Hands-on experience with Gong and sales engagement tools, plus scripting or automation.
• Part-time contractor role, ~20 hours/week, billed hourly against a monthly cap.
• Remote US-based with Mountain time overlap preferred; 3-month initial term.
• 1099 or through your own entity; start as soon as possible.
