Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

This role offers remote work with a 25-hour weekly schedule and a 2pm–7pm MT shift; candidates must reside in Georgia and have reliable internet access. You will help manage setup components in the Ibotta application, collaborate across departments, and help identify issues to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with G Suite and Excel
• Attention to detail in daily tasks
• Willingness to learn a range of technical systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams
• Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments
• Identify error trends and implement procedures to mitigate errors or build tools to reduce operational costs
