Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth mental health care from Washington, DC. You will join a clinician-led organization offering support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training to help you focus on care.

Eligible providers must hold an active DC license (LPC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD), be available for at least 15 sessions weekly, and be comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR tools.

• Willing to provide a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Comfortable using telehealth and modern clinical software.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Washington, DC.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Washington, DC— LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $58,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
