Job summary

Thriveworks in Washington, DC is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role requires independent DC licensure (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) with 20 hours of weekly availability and at least 15 sessions, serving diverse clients including couples and children.

You will work within a clinician-led team while benefiting from tech-enabled care and supportive infrastructure.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Washington, DC.

About the Role

• Independently licensed and living in Washington, DC— LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $58,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
