Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Washington to provide compassionate telehealth care in the evenings and on weekends. The role requires independent licensure and a willingness to serve diverse clients.

You will join a clinician-led team with administrative support, credentialing and billing handled for you, and flexible scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. A full caseload is expected within 90 days of credentialing.

• Independently licensed and living in Washington (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD)
• Committed to a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours weekly
• Provides behavioral health care to a variety of clients (couples/children)
• Invested in measurable client progress
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools
• Works well in a clinician community

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions in evenings/weekends
• Maintain a caseload with a target of 10+ sessions weekly and 15 hours of availability
• Document care in the EHR and coordinate with the clinical team
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in supervision and training

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Washington.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Washington — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $28,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
