Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Washington, DC during evenings and weekends. As a clinician-led organization, Thriveworks offers administrative support, credentialing and billing handled for you, plus flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

ET. You\'ll have opportunities for paid supervision in select states, CEU reimbursement, and in-house training as you build a full caseload within 90 days

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Washington, DC (LPC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD).
• Available for at least 10 sessions per week with 15 hours of availability.
• Willing to treat a range of clients including couples and children.
• Committed to measurable client progress.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR platforms.
• Team-oriented and positive contributor to clinical community.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Washington, DC.

About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Washington, DC — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)


• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly


• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children


• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress


• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools


• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $27,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
