Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth mental health services to clients in Washington. You will join a clinician-led team and work within a nationwide hybrid care model.

Eligible candidates are independently licensed in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD) and available for at least 15 sessions per week plus 20 hours of availability, with proficiency in telehealth and EHR tools. Options for paid orientation and ongoing support are provided.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Washington.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Washington— LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $60,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
