Hasan Legal PC is expanding and seeking a part-time Immigration Consultation Attorney to meet with prospective clients and guide them through an initial consultation. You will own the consultation experience, explain options, and help decide whether to move forward with the firm.

This remote, part-time contract role offers 2–3 days per week during U.S. business hours, with potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with experience in U.S. immigration law.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to lead consultations independently.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.

Responsabilités

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand goals and circumstances.
• Explain options, timelines, and next steps clearly.
• Represent the firm’s approach in client interactions and onboard new clients when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate notes for handoff to the team and stay updated on immigration law and policy.
