Hasan Legal PC is expanding and seeking a part-time Immigration Consultation Attorney to meet with prospective clients and guide them through an initial consultation. You will own the consultation experience, explain options, and help decide whether to move forward with the firm.

This remote, part-time contract role offers 2–3 days per week during U.S. business hours, with potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

The Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Immigration Consultation Attorney to meet with prospective clients and guide them through their first conversation with our firm. You will own the consultation experience: understanding each prospective client's situation, explaining their options clearly, and helping them decide whether — and how — to move forward with us. This is a contract role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals and circumstances


• Clearly explain available options, likely timelines, and next steps


• Represent the firm's expertise and approach in every client interaction


• Help convert consultations into onboarded clients where appropriate


• Keep accurate notes and case details for handoff to the broader team


• Stay current on immigration law and policy relevant to the firm's practice areas

Working Hours

• Remote, part-time contract role


• Available 2–3 days per week, Monday through Friday, during U.S. business hours


• Flexible scheduling within those days

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with experience in U.S. immigration law


• Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable leading consultations independently


• Ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to a non-legal audience


• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely


• Familiarity with employment-based immigration categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1) a plus

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $65–$100, based on experience


• Bonus awarded for each prospective client successfully onboarded


• Potential path to a full-time role based on performance
