Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites weekly to build relationships and provide chaplain care.
• Offer confidential pastoral discussions for personal or family issues.
• Provide bereavement support and, when needed, funeral involvement.
• Deliver spiritual enrichment activities as appropriate and requested.
• Assist in notifying families after serious incidents and injuries.
• Coordinate resources and referrals for employees in need.
