is seeking an Engineering student ambassador to join the Division of Ecampus at Oregon State University. The role focuses on outreach to prospective engineering students, sharing experiences as an Ecampus student, and helping learners imagine pathways to OSU. The position is part-time (up to 24 hours per week) and fully remote, with an emphasis on building relationships and guiding students to campus resources and programs.

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in Engineering and a current Ecampus student.
• Must have completed at least one term.
• Demonstrable commitment to inclusive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal experience as an Ecampus student and answer questions on admissions, programs, financial aid, and enrollment; refer to staff when needed.
• Understand prospective engineering student needs and connect them with university resources.
• Complete a high volume of targeted outreach via phone, email, text, live chat, and video appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Represent OSU when presenting virtual information sessions, webinars, and recruitment events.
