Job summary

Oregon State University (OSU) seeks part-time Undergraduate Learning Assistants for the School of Civil & Construction Engineering. You will mentor students, check off work, assist with holding office hours, labs, and TA meetings. Duties vary by course requirements and the work week is capped at 24 hours.

Ideal candidates are academically enrolled and are in good academic standing, with the ability to commit to 5–20 hours per week and maintain eligibility for student-employment programs.

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a school and pursuing a program or course of study.
• Must meet academic standing requirements.
• For undergrads: 6 credit hours per term; graduate students: 5+ credit hours per term.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students and assist with labs and office hours.
• Check off work and attend TA meetings as required by course.
• Support quality education in the School of Civil & Construction Engineering.
