• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent SOECS at recruitment events including tours, open houses, information sessions, and college fairs.
• Engage prospective students and families by sharing academic experiences and program knowledge.
• Support recruitment and yield efforts through admitted student events and follow-up activities.
• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of outreach and recruitment events.
• Participate in panels, presentations, and classroom visits.
• Contribute to special programs such as summer camps and preview events.
• Serve as a positive and professional representative of SOECS.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with ambassadors and staff to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist with social media, blogs, and student-focused marketing content.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in university settings.
