Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking enthusiastic students to join our team as Student Ambassadors. Ambassadors will specialize in leadership development, social media marketing, volunteer management, and other duties as assigned. These positions are short in duration and part time without benefits.

Remote/hybrid work is not guaranteed and will follow university policy. You will engage with event organizers, faculty coordinators, and the community to promote civically engaged initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in event planning or student organizations is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental outreach activities and student engagement on campus.
• Communicate effectively with event organizers and faculty coordinators.
• Ensure events run smoothly by addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate volunteer events, logistics, and promotion.
• Prioritize inclusion, belonging, and accessibility in all initiatives.
