Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to client sites to build relationships and provide spiritual support.
• Offer confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Provide literature and resources to assist employees with life issues.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and provide post-termination care as needed.
• Represent ministry services to clients during crises and traumatic events.
