Job summary

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking an ADRC Triage Support Specialist to assist with calls, referrals, and intake processing, coordinating with section managers and supervisors. The role involves data entry into approved databases, data compilation for reporting, and general staff support.

This is a part-time, temporary position up to 15 hours per week. It is fully remote after the introductory period, with occasional visits to the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years of related administrative support or customer service experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and triage callers’ needs.
• Enter client information into approved management databases.
• Compile data for reporting and create charts/reports.
