Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates overall client experience by managing client flow in-person and on the phone.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities.
• Engages in proactive outreach and referrals to specialists.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
