Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end advice with trusted, proactive guidance and referrals when appropriate.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and promote TD products/services.
• Handle teller and platform transactions accurately while educating customers about options.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and complete required training.
