Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and phone.
• Answer customer inquiries and fulfill servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed on their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Assist team with tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to specialists for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets and educate customers on Regions' solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate on technology and banking needs.
